January 22nd, 2012 > I finally got to see the inside of this lovely church in Owlwick. I have passed by it for months and have been intrigued and so we attended the once a month 'EvenSONG' and they were so happy to have us...loved it!
January 23rd, 2012 > It rained today and Dave and I went to the Centre of town. I am in love with cobble stone roads and Dave (the luv that he is) explained why roads have cobblestones. He said that back when streets were being built they were made with cobbles because often roads were just laid down with not much planning and often on mud so the cobbles are set apart so that when it rains and gets muddy the streets have sort of their own 'dranage' system to still keep the roads accessible. :)))

February 4th, 2012 > Sitting in Starbucks some how I was privileged to sit across from this brother sister duo and although they spoke with moderate tone and i had my headphones on I could still hear their very endearing chat about him getting his first apt and her wanting to come live with her bother. Very sweet!
February 5th, 2012 > 60 minute Trail Ride. Finally got back in the saddle, literally. After a week and half of being rather blue, missing both Dave, England and my friends I decided to go for a ride today and it felt great. Think I even improved going over the root and bridges and almost tackled some of the more difficult ramps...I'm almost ready maybe next time :)

March 1st,2012> Ironically enough I ended up not having to work that thursday. I woke up at 5:30am still and headed to Starbucks to check my msgs. I knew Dave was sending me one and I was anxious to read it. Little did I know what lay in that msg was Dave ending our relationship. I was gutted. I cried all day and sat in Starbucks till it closed. It wasn't a good day! (and still isn't)

Only to find out that Daughter#2 was in the Hospital going in for Emergency Surgery to have her Gall Bladder out.. so I was frantically trying to get info and arrange to get to her over on Vancouver island in Nanaimo as quickly as possible...turned out I wasn't able to leave till the next mornin. Early!

March 24th, 2012> At the Hospital. We waited all day for Steph to go into surgery. They told us at 3:15 p.m that she was next on the list...then after all that at 11:25 they told us that her surgery was cancelled. :(

March 25th, 2012> Steph after having her gallbladder removed. SHe was first on the list today. The Hospital doesn't normally do surgeries on Sunday, but they promised her she would have her surgery today. She seems to be doing well and the SUrgen said it all went well.

March was an extremely longggggggggggggggggggg month.
Full of ups&downs. Heartache&and Family crisis.
I am glad it is over and looking forward to kick starting my training
this month. I will say this though I did get a heck of a lot of work down this month.
Working and focusing on Cycle Cafe this past month has helped loads since Dave ended things March 1st . I still don't know where I am with that but at least I'm not crying in Starbucks all day long anymore.
